Every project includes 30 days of post-launch bug support at no charge. Minor errors and adjustments are handled promptly so your site goes live and stays that way.
Included with our Subscription Model — monthly plugin and CMS updates, uptime monitoring, basic security checks, monthly cloud backups, broken link fixes, and up to 2 minor support tasks per month.
Our optional premium plan adds priority support, unlimited minor edits, daily off-site backups, quarterly SEO and accessibility audits, Google Analytics 4 setup, and monthly performance reporting — including traffic sources, top pages, and bounce rate.
Maintenance is available as a standalone retainer or bundled with our Subscription Model — with a 20% discount when combined. Services outside your plan scope are always quoted separately, with no surprises.
A straightforward three-step payment structure. Pay a 40% deposit to kick things off, 40% on design approval, and the final 20% before launch. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Spread the cost over 12 or 24 months with a fixed monthly payment. Includes website creation and basic maintenance. A 15% premium applies on 12-month plans and 20% on 24-month plans — built into the monthly rate.
All invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments incur a $100 flat fee plus 2% simple interest per month on the overdue amount. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or credit card (AUD only).
We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, budget, and timeline. You'll receive a clear proposal with scope, deliverables, and pricing before anything is agreed.
We design your site in Webflow and present it for review. You have up to two revision rounds per phase — nothing moves to development until you've signed off.
We develop the approved design and share a staging link so you can review the full site before it goes live. Testing covers all devices, browsers, forms, and SEO.
We deploy to your live domain, configure SSL, submit to Google Search Console, and hand over credentials and documentation. Maintenance plans are available from day one to keep your site in top shape.
